Back in September 2003, Dave Kuhlman, asked me if I wanted to start a new triathlon club. I was appointed as a board member and then vice president. One of the new clubs’ goals was to welcome all levels and all ages. The club has family values and continues to grow. Since then I have managed the board to keep a selection of active triathletes there to help guide and maintain the club.Tri hard, be better.

My love of triathlon started in 2014 at Esprit de She. From there I joined the Tempe Tri Club to help increase membership especially with women. I’m currently a Physical Therapy student and volunteer coach for the club and own a coaching company with Anthony Romania called Wolfpack Multisport Coaching. My favorite event is the bike because I like a hard climb and a fast decent!
I began my first triathlon in 2009 on my mountain bike and pregnant! Since then I have done some sprints, olympic distance, relays and two half Ironmans. Being the club secretary I take notes at our meetings, help with membership, new members and renewals. I love the variety of the sport and I enjoy the social aspect of training with the Landis Tri Club. My husband and two sons are my support team as well as my biggest fans.
Officer at Large
I joined the Landis Tri Club family a few years ago and am so happy that I did! While my workouts have been pretty low key lately, I have competed in a couple of IM 70.3 distances. My favorite part of triathlons is being in the water because it gives me some peace and tranquility during a hectic day!
Officer at Large
I have been doing short distance triathlons since I was 13 and have loved the sport and community ever since! Tempe Tri Club is the perfect mix of a friendly atmosphere & tough workouts. I am thankful to be serving as an officer, working on the website/other graphics, and more!
I entered the sport in 2008 and I train on a regular basis for multisport and other kinds of endurance events. I have completed four full Ironman races (AZ-11, LP-14, AZ-17, & AZ-19), but prefer to race two to four half distance (70.3) races a year. Triathlon is my lifestyle and I love the problem-solving aspect of the sport. To give back, I am a Captain for the Arizona 70.3 and 140.6 races, as well as serve as a pacer for local half marathons. I am a proud member of the Tempe Tri Club and look forward to representing our team at races across the country.
